His haram was filled with numerous such ladies, who were swoon worthy, but only had eyes for him. But there's always something about people who don't let adversity change their hearts. The strength it takes to remain naive, to remain un-blemished by the cruelty of the world, only a few possess it. The Shahenshah too, couldn't overlook such a strength. Such a miracle of a woman, he couldn't stop himself from loving her with all of his heart. His heart, which he had assumed to have died years ago, suddenly started beating the day he met his Noor. *** Disclaimers: 1. This is FICTION. The protagonist is not a real person in history. 2. I am Hindu so I will try not to write much Muslim rituals as it may be wrong. But still if there's something wrong, please do forgive. (Even for my Hindu people, I am not religious, so rituals may look a bit weird) 3. I don't want to glorify any King/Emperor. This is just a cute idea I came up with.
