Percy couldn't hold on anymore, it hurt too much. He couldn't pretend anymore, but it would hurt Annabeth.... He loved someone else. He loved a guy. He was supposed to be a hero, saver of Olympus, the gods' most prized weapon. He wasn't supposed to love a guy. Especially not a son of Zeus.
