George's new summer job at an amusement park keeps him outside in inclement weather.
While at work one day, he meets a puppy dog-eyed blonde named Dream.

Dream, despite his phobia of heights, visits all of the attractions in the amusement park simply to see George. They yearn for each other more and more as the days pass and dream's fear lessens with George's presence by his side.
