Lauren Hopper was living her somewhat normal life. She was only starting to feel like herself again a year prior. After the hell that was the years before high school, everything was falling back into place. She was happy again. She was surrounded by her friends and family until one night, a boy named Will Byers that might as well have been her brother, at least during her had time, went missing. Then one of her best friends next. In her search for her best friend, she couldn't help but think who was next. On top of everything going on, there was a boy named Steve Harrington who always seemed to be there in the worst situations. Their past didn't help the fact that he was constantly begging to be punched in the face.
