Chapter One

When Christine Potts' mother is in the final stages of her life, her aunt and uncle decide to take her in. This is how Christine gets to know the Avengers, whom she had never heard of in Italy, her actual home. But Christine and the Avengers don't have much time to get to know each other, because Loki returns. And when Loki suddenly tries to convince her that she is an exiled Ace, Christine's life turns around one hundred and eighty degrees. As if enchanted, Christine's life takes on a whole new meaning.
