"We don't have to worry about the white hawk anymore," said the stranger as he watched the hawk disappear into the darkness, and with one swoop he was on the roof. But Nola grabbed his saviour's cloak so that he could not move forward. "Who are you?" The girl's strength, unexpected from her appearance, seemed to surprise the man. "You need not fear me, Guardian of the Secret, I do not wander the Realm for any different purpose than you do," the stranger said, smiling at Nola this time. Stunned by the man's revelation of his secret, Nola repeated her question, more determinedly this time, as she probed his sharp blade with her hand. "Who are you?" The stranger was silent for a short time, but finally answered Nola. "My name is Master Muramba, one of the seers of the city of Tir. You will get answers to any question you ask, guard, but this is not the place for questions. Will you follow me now?" Nola could not do anything but follow him as Muramba started to move on the roof without even waiting for the young girl's answer.
