Amelia never considered herself to be very beautiful. Her father had remarried after her mother's death, and her stepmother and stepsiblings made her life miserable. But despite all of this, Amelia remained kind and hopeful. When Prince Arthur threw a party to choose his future wife, Amelia decided to attend. And to her surprise, Prince Arthur chose her as his bride. It was a dream come true for Amelia, who never thought she could be so lucky.
