Okay, let's give this a try:

So, there's this guy named Tweek who thinks he's some sort of criminal mastermind, but let's be real - he's about as smart as a bag of rocks. I mean, the guy can't even spell "heist" correctly. Somehow manages to get away with every crime he commits, despite being about as subtle as a bull in a china shop. But then, out of nowhere, comes Craig Tucker - the most skilled agent in the land - who's decided he's had enough of Tweek's shenanigans. I mean, seriously, how hard could it be to catch a guy who's basically outsmarted himself?
