Many years after end of the reign of Mefas, Earth and the Solar System in Milky Way Galaxy have been in peace. Ultraman left Earth and continue his duty as the watch of the universe. However, after years of passing, a new threat will soon come. And at the same time, a new hero is born.

A hero who come like a raging storm.
