Her car fell on a cliff and explode resulting to her death, but then she unexpectedly open her eyes, breathing fine, kicking and alive but in a weird unfamiliar room and called in unknown name she never heard of.

She died as Ana Marguex Salvadori and woke up as Anna Barbara Philips, the ruthless duke' wife.
