What's an Inkopolis?

This is a Splatoon manga x Octoling reader, I made this cause my cousin likes the Splatoon manga and she wants me to make a book about it. so being the good cousin I am, I accepted the challenge and now we are here. Also if you hadn't read the Splatoon manga I highly recommend giving it a try, it's very funny to read it.
