From before she can remember, Hazumi, a 19 year old living in Shibuya, Japan has been sick. After being diagnosed with chronic heart failure she's been holed up in an extensive care unit. Only after waking in a suddenly abandoned hospital she is finally able to experience the world she has been bedridden in for years. Except the world she has awoken in is not hers.
