This book dictates the adventures of brave and quick-witted Lauren Adnet along with her friends Rowan Marrack and Cassandra Williams in the mystical land of Moonsmear, where few mortals ever manage to get in. The Meonaries, that's what they call the people, are magical as even though they do not have powers, they have longer life spans than regular mortals. A few are even born with powers.
