Since she was a fox demon she had to hide from Sun Wukong in order not to be killed by him, but after sealing DBK she could finally take a deep breath and start a new, quiet life far from wars, demons and annoying overpowered monkeys!
Jie had a chance to enjoy her life for a thousand years, but now she have a strong feeling that her calm days are coming to an end because of the family of Demon Bull King.
