Every 2 years a female and male are chosen from each district. They both get mentors. Katsuki Bakugou, a mentor for district 12 gets assigned to a thin boy, Shoto Todoroki. He holds no hope in him due to his thin frame. Shoto isn't willing to give up so easily. He has 2 major advantages, one being his voice, the other being Katsuki Bakugou.
