"Just so she wouldn't get the wrong idea" as if i already haven't made it worse, i just continued, "y-you know, u-um these things do happen s-sometimes" i kept speaking not making any sense. "what wrong idea?" He folded his arms across his chest, causing the fabric of his shirt to tighten over the contours of his muscles. I swallowed harshly. "forget it" i waved my hand around as i looked down at my cup to avoid his gaze, but i couldn't quiet down my curiosity so i peered at him through my lashes.
