What if Nine was responsible for the creation of Rusty Rose and before she was ever a cyborg the two had a brother and sisterly relationship. Things go good for the two of them until the Choas Council kidnaps her and corrupted the fox's sister for their own personal gains. Now It's up to him and Sonic to rescue the cyborg hedgehog.
