It has been a year since Cuphead and Mugman emerged victorious over King Dice and The Devil, and they were slowly getting back to their normal lives. However, the recent passing of their beloved Elder Kettle had a profound impact on them. Devastated, the boys were determined to bring him back, so they turned to the one individual they knew could help them - The Devil.
