Like Bucky and Steve, she's from the 40s. She grew up next to them and worked with her father on cars and other machinery and continued to after he passed. She was accepted for a Stark Internship on his new, secret experiment in the military. When Steve was taking down RedSkull, Bucky and Summer died in action, or so everyone thought. They were taken by Hydra and frozen on and off throughout the years between Bucky going on missions as the Winter Soldier and Summer being experimented on. Now they're reunited 6 months after End Game in the Falcon and the Winter Soldier.
