We all wonder, how was it when Sasuke and Sakura first decided to be together and really dove into their feelings for each other? And the biggest wonder of them all, how they spent their first night together; the day when Sarada was made. Here's my own short fan depiction of how it might've went down.

It's a few years after the Fourth Great Ninja War (i.e after Shippuden) and Sasuke finally decides to take Sakura with him on a mission. Sakura can't help but question his intentions. They are best friends, but she feels that he wants more, just as much as she does . Sasuke is at war with himself of what he should or shouldn't do to not let Sakura feel like it's all in her head.
