Y/n is the victor of the 72nd Hunger Games and is from district four. she had won the games when she was 14. Finnick Odair is her best friend and is totally in love with her sister Annie. Y/n thinks of Finnick as her older brother and nothing more. Also Marvel is the victor of the 73rd Hunger Games so people wont get mad at him for killing Rue. \
