4 months after Slade had been captured and put in a jail on the island. The team is left to continue protecting starling city. But when a young girl is found in the basement of verdant injured, the team must find out what happened. Felicity is left to get over her feelings for Oliver, after learning that he does not feel the same way. Learning what she wants in life and that being on "team arrow" may not be the best to meet her goals.
