Chapter 1

Since losing her parents in a house explosion at age nine, teen high school graduate Aurelia "Aura" Easton has lived with her kind hearted middle aged foster father Valiant Lake, who has no interest in marriage, in northern Seattle, Washington. While watching the sun go down outside her foster home the night before her eighteenth birthday, Aura is kidnapped by the robotic being Star Scream, whose master intends to later bond himself to her and have her turned into a female robotic being. After three and a half days, she learns the truth.
