"Form" and rules (CLOSED)

This is, like the title says, a writing competition. There are a limited number of spots, so be quick. If you want to join, read the rules and fill out the "form" in the first chapter, and I will choose what people join. I hope that's clear enough! (Tell me if you have any questions)
