'Stuck with you' revolves around two teenagers named Julia and Jullian. Julia is a newcomer at the prestigious high school called Lenzie, situated in a country known as Zephyria. Jullian, a highly popular individual, who has two twin sisters named Kezia and Clara. Throughout his entire life, Jullian has remained single due to his infatuation with a girl he met when he was only six years old, who happened to be Julia.
