Chapter One

'His affection was once a drug for me, and God forbid.

His love will be my undoing....'

My heart was broken; slowly and gradually over time by the people I loved and trusted. So I turned my pain into words letting people see what it was all about.

And though he was the final nail in the coffin I don't want him to open the boxes that have been sealed for a while.

But now that him and I have crossed paths again, it's either going to have me destroyed to the extent I couldn't return from or I will tarnish him with my own darkness.

He once was a part of my past and the one who broke my heart. And I wouldn't in my right mind ever let him do that again.
