In 1912, Pastor John Ward, and Father Garcia receive a mission from the Vatican to travel to Japan and work together with a certain organization to hunt down the demons hidden within Tokyo. Confused both John and Father Garcia agree however the demons they've faced in New York, aren't the same as the ones in Tokyo.
