"You don't look out for me as much as I want you to, Matt!" Audrey exclaims as she huffs out an annoyed sigh at the boy, rain heavily pouring around the two. "I do look out for you, Audrey." He pauses. "You just don't seem to see it." Audrey looks at the boy standing in front of her, his deep affection for her shining through. "Prove it." Matt takes a quick glance at the girl in front of him, the raindrops heavily plastering onto the concrete path underneath them, soaking them both in the process. "What?" "I said prove that you look out for me." Matt stands still, the feeling of uncertainty washing over him in this very moment, not knowing what to say or do with the girl. Audrey sighs in disbelief as the boy doesn't move a muscle, an irritated expression on the girls face, as she was about to speak up and confront the boy on his previous actions, his lips firmly pressed against hers in a heartbeat. His lips turn upwards into a soft smile, "Is that what you wanted me to prove?" His eyes filled with warmth for the girl. "It's more than enough." She places her lips on his again, both of them not caring about anything but this precious moment, one to never forget.
