"And the second tribute from district twelve is... Ike Broflovski!"

Kyle's entire world stops. What? No that can't be true. Ike's name was only entered once. It's his first ever reaping. He can't get picked, that's unfair.
Kyle watches as peacekeepers take his little brothers arms, dragging him up to the stage. "No," Kyle refuses to believe it. He takes a deep breath and then, "I volunteer!" He yells. Everyone goes silent. Even Effie seems surprised. "I volunteer as tribute!"
