It's been six years since Amaka's marriage to the love of her life- Emeka Chikamso, but the pressure of her childlessness eats her up faster than age.

Her mother-in-law brings in Amarachi, a new wife from the village. When Amarachi gets pregnant, she becomes proud and evil as living turns difficult for Amaka.
