Chapter 1: Sealed with a bracelet

River and Auggie have been best friends since birth. Even though they live hours apart they find time everyday for their friendship. As they grow up they both know they love each other, but River is afraid to commit wanting to make sure if Auggie choses her that he won't feel like he missed out. Auggie is a good guy and was raised to protect others if he could, which puts Auggie in difficult positions sometimes. As they both approach their next steps after high school Auggie betrays River with the one person she can never forgive while putting River in danger. Can River ever forgive Auggie or has he chosen the one person River can't stick and watch him be with?
