this is a small pack of encourageing words for those out there who are struggling and need some love <3 the pictures are not mine, but some of the written words will be.

its okay to hurt, to struggle, to cry and to feel alone. but not all the time. please don't feel it for too long! and DO NOT shame those who are struggling! everyone takes time to heal and EVERYONE needs love and this is some loving words from me, to all of you
