This poetry book will take on my personal thoughts, voices and traumas. My past loves and life.

I am writing this while I am on my CBT and mental healing. This will be a reflection of my sleepless nights, silenced voices, and anxious moments.

The words I'll write here are words I have conveyed and words I wish I had conveyed.

This is my personal memoir.
