chapter one

Ashley receives a letter from her ex boyfriend, expressing remorse and saying goodbye. She misses him but knows he won't return. Her boss rescues her when she gets lost, but he gets shot later. Rumors cause a rift between Ashley and Andrea. Ashley sees her boss and Andrea together, feeling uneasy. She quits her job, fakes her death, and becomes an assassin under a new identity, Jaycee Redd.
