Description
Over the course of a century, Lady Celebríel of Rivendell has wandered Middle Earth; seeking the rangers of the far north, visiting her kin in Lothlórien, journeying to the distant, western seashore. And not once, in a hundred years, has she ventured into the vast dark of Mirkwood forest. So when Gandalf the Grey, most mischievous of the five wizards, invites her to a gathering in the Shire with the promise of excitement, she simply cannot refuse. Faced with old emotions rising once more to the surface, Celebríel is forced to make a choice. Does she follow the company of dwarves beyond Mirkwood, ignoring the door that fate has led her to reopen?
