Leticia Alvarez Garcia has spent nearly half of her twenties trying to make the life of Oliver Daire, the occupant of the apartment below her, miserable. Everyday, she'd prank him, and everyday he'd storm up, and everyday they'd fight.

Until she returns from a week long work trip.

Finding out that her boyfriend's a douche and breaking up, losing an important sales client, ruining her favorite tote bag and getting into trouble with her beloved boss, Leticia has had the worst week. The only solace she can find is in pranking Mr. Daire downstairs.

But she pranks him, and he never comes up.
