Babysitting A Sick Boss

Mokuba calls Yugi to tell him that Kaiba came down with a bad case of the flu and needs someone to watch over him (since the staff were on vacation and Mokuba had to go to tutoring). What Yugi didn't expect, however, was that sick Kaiba was completely different from the cold-hearted CEO everyone saw him as; he's actually quite nice, honest, and romantic?!
