chapter one: jayfeather

Briarlight is clearly in love with someone: it's very plain. Jayfeather does not care, but he tries to get Briarlight to spill it because she's his friend, and he wanted to help her.

He starts to care a lot more when he realizes that he wishes that he and Briarlight were a lot more than friends.
