Author's Note

A new enemy is working alongside Eggman and the unspeakable happens. Sonic has been defeated and seems to be considered dead. The world has been conquered by the Eggman Empire and all seems bleak. Hope is lost. That is until Sonic's friends gives rise to the Resistance; avenging the lost of their friend and taking back the world. Will they succeed? Or will the world's only hope of freedom be wiped out like their missing hero?
