SKZ was a group known to be more dangerous than even the most twisted mafias, and more influential than the countless corrupt politicians that were eloquent enough to hold office. They rarely made mistakes, but when a mix up led to them harming an innocent, they found themselves at a loss for how to handle their new and rather eccentric prisoner.
