Jeanette Carter never exactly wanted to join the American army, but she ended up caving so her and her older sister could spend more time together. Margaret was an Agent involved with the Army, and she got Jeanette signed up. The year was 1940. Jean was 21, and Peggy was a year older. Two fine men were enlisting as well, and would soon be in close connection to the sisters. Their names were Steve and James, both aged 20. The four of them would later get into dark matters, and all of them would eventually be permanently tarnished. This book takes place in Captain America: The First Avenger. I do not own Marvel or any of its characters.
