King Lucius III of Aquitaine predominated over most of the paranormal creatures. Humans do exist, but they were treated as slaves because they were frail species unlike other mortals and immortals. Those paranormal creatures were acknowledged of being vigorous. Humans weren't capable of subjugating them. Therefore, werewolves took over the ascendancy of all other supernaturals.

However, King Lucius III of Aquitaine was notorious of being a sadistic. He massacred anyone who comes in his way with a triumphantly sneer on his countenance. He gave no leniency to anyone that ventured to even stare at his eyes.
