Ok so in this one Percy is the son of Hera instead of Poseidon. The prophecy still happens due to it being
'the elder gods'
that means that it could refer to
Hestia(even though she's a maiden goddess)
Hera
Demeter
Poseidon
Hades
Zeus
and Aphrodite (due to being born from the Ouranus genitals making her a titan or at least an elder goddess.)

NEW DESCRIPTION

percy is the son of Hera. Sally was Hera's lover. Deities can both birth and sire children. Goddess mainly give birth but sometimes they sire children as well. And vice versa.
