Banishedcons is a race of cybertronians created by the surviving members of the decepticons.
30 years since the flood, all dark energon, terrorcons and the flood infection all the universe were wipe out by Countermeasure Weapon structure was deployed, it was thought that the decepticons had been wiped out. autobots decided to dispose of them in several underground caverns and abandoned facilities that they had converted into burial sites. Despite general belief that the decepticons was gone forever, they had actually managed to survive the Countermeasure weapon structure by going into hibernation within their red crystalline shells over the next 30 years
