Daniel and Matt Larusso moved to Reseda California with their mother. Daniel wasn't excited about the move but Matt was. When they went to the beach to get familiar with their new home they saw two girls. The older girl is called Ali Mills and the younger girl is called Bailey Lawrence. Ali is the ex-girlfriend of Bailey's older brother Johnny Lawrence. When Johnny saw Daniel and Matt talking to his ex-girlfriend and little sister Bailey he got mad. He made it very clear that he didn't like what he was seeing. Daniel and Matt decide to take karate to help defend themselves against the bullies. What will happen to Daniel and Matt. Will Matt become friends with Bailey and will Daniel and Ali get together.
