On 1st January, Emelia was robbed and raped in her own apartment. She would have been left dead, but the armed robbers decided to spare her life. Depressed, she got the police involved and had the criminals arrested.

Emelia's life changed after that. She was depressed and hurt. The only way she could move on, is if she forgave the men who raped her and robbed her. But that came at a cost, for she found herself falling in love with one of them.
