When a normal high school girl name Akira, discovers she's lost princess of an Afro-English province. She and her best friend _JM, are invited to stay at the castle. Now as a princess her life shifts, friendships are gained or lost, and peer pressure adds on. The Black Royal Society is a comical satire tackling the issues of racism, friendships, isolation, and so on. Think if Comming to American and The Princess Dairies had a baby, and BAM! Within this universe, black girls from around the world will see themselves as valuable, beautiful, smart, and capable of anything beyond their imagination. Growing up as African American minority in two private schools I was socially isolated, tokenized in friendships, and conditioned by some teachers to see myself as insignificant and incapable of achieving, all because of my skin color. I eventually proved them wrong by being an outstanding student. A-B Honor my whole academic career, earning 3 scholarships, and meeting the Vice President of the United States Kamala Harris. Finishing my High School career I want to encourage black girls, from anywhere that they too are capable of accomplishing amazing things. This book series is a cathartic journey for me. No matter how many people think that escapism for black girl is frivilous, all the tramatic hardships is definely worth it for these girls to see and embrace themselves in stories.
