Pt. 1 Assignment

Sierra Miller, real estate agent for Polk County Houses, is one of the best in the business, her coworkers love her and often ask for help in wording for documents and how to sell. Ms. Miller has met her match at 562 Dillard Drive where no one seems to even want to set foot on the property, and when they do things that shouldn't happen go off. The house has a little electricity running so agents like herself can turn on lights to show off rooms, but they are not supposed to flicker or generate enough heat to blow a bulb.
