THE BEGINNING

One day afetr everyone is relaxing since they defeated Shigaraki and AFO Izumi Midoriya comes up with the idea to do a festival however what they don't know is that their is a new villain in town and during the festival the villains releases a toxin in the school that makes people see their worst fears and not only that the villain takes people and on Live TV he makes himself known as Scarecrow and everyone scrambles to try and find him but when Izumi finally finds him she is knocked out and finds his wife Toga who is excited to show who Scarecrow is and when he removes the mask Izumi begins to cry
