Gigi was finally content with her life in the small town of St. Powell, restoring the old cafe in Merry Lane had become her dream and she was working hard every day, making connections with everyone in town. Her old life was behind her, or so she thought... Everything changes when a beloved townie returns and with him questions about our purpose in life. A friendship starts to develop between Gigi and Nathaniel but could this friendship ever turn into something more when both aren't ready to move on from their past?
